PURCHASING

You can pay using a credit card (cards without 3D secure may be rejected, consult your bank), through wire transfer, by PayPal or using a Crypto Currency. Cash payment also possible for local customers.

We use Fedex and DHL as courier service and ship DAP (Delivered At Place=all shipping costs to your final destination is covered, but the customs duty charges) to all global locations where they operate. Please contact for alternative shipment options where they do not.

We ship all packages the same day or the next day the order is paid and confirmed using courier international express services as DAP. It arrives to domestic customers and customs of main hubs in Europe the next day. Delivery in Europe is generally 1-3 days; US is 3-6 days and 2-10 days in other places. Please note that this excludes the customs work and customer has to complete the customs duty.

GalvanoPlot Series equipment contains a variety of models that are tailored to different applications for best performance. We always stock GX112 equipment of GX100 super-compact series and GM112 potentiostat modules for developers, since they fulfil the needs for most applications. Other models are only available for high volume (> 10 units) purchases and backorder time is 2-4 weeks. Rarely, other models can be seen in stock when they are surplus of another high-volume production for a third party. Contact us if you cannot find it in stock.

All GalvanoPlot equipment has a free-of-charge full replacement warranty for one year and covers all kind of malfunctions except liquid contact to circuit and damaging by force. This full warranty period can be extended to 5 years when paid at time of purchase only.

We apply volume discounts up to 70% on equipment, depending on the order volume. Please reach us if you want to purchase multiples of equipment.

SOFTWARE

If you are purchasing a new GalvanoPlot equipment, it will arrive with a license for GalvanoPlot Suite and Touch. License covers installation to unlimited number of computers or mobile devices but is limited to be used with the equipment it is purchased together.

You can use your equipment with GalvanoPlot Suite, without registering until your TRIAL runs are over. Once there are no trial runs are left, you must register it using the Register Key shipped together with your equipment to continue using the GalvanoPlot Suite.

If you register the equipment using a GalvanoPlot Suite software running on an online computer, the Registration Key can be automatically fetched from the database. If you do not want to connect your computer to internet, send an email to Support with your Serial Number and we will supply you with the Key.

COMPATIBILITY

GalvanoPlot equipment are compatible with all popular sensors, including banana outputs and a wide variety of screen-printed electrodes. The sensor interface for GX200 and GX300 series are the standard GPSI that finishes with a bundle of 2 mm banana plugs and also accepts sensor interface adapters for screen-printed electrodes.

Sensor interface for GX100 Series has a user replaceable adapter plug that user can simply plug out the old one and plug in the new one to continue when they need to update their sensor type. Check GX100 Series Sensor Interface Adapters for all available options, including 2 mm banana receptacles. Contact us if you cannot find one that accepts your sensor, or you need a custom solution.

You can have it at the same time for GX200 and GX300 series. For GX100 series, you simply can unplug the first one and replace it with the other one in a few seconds.

You can simply use a USB-A to USB-C adapter to convert, that can be purchased from online store.

If you register the equipment using a GalvanoPlot Suite software running on an online computer, the Registration Key can be automatically fetched from the database. TECHNICAL DETAILS

GX100 Series include a variety of equipment, each optimised for different applications. If you need an EIS, GX112 will be your first choice. If you need a bi-potentiostat but not EIS, GX104 will be your first choice. GX112 also have the bi-potentiostat capability but it is more limited in DC voltametric techniques compared to GX104. GX103 is your first choice if you do not plan to run an EIS and do not need a second working electrode. GX105 is generally a second phase equipment where user have already fixed their electrochemical protocol and looking for an economic solution in a high-volume purchase. GX106 is a choice for dual sensors only, where two working electrodes does not share a common RE and CE.

GX105 equipment has a constant gain. Default equipment comes with the best resolution but limited to ±100nA signal range. It is possible to increase the range from ±100nA up to ±20 mA max without any additional cost, but a with a sacrifice of current resolution. GX105 is not generally the first choice of equipment for a developer, but a second phase equipment after the electrochemical protocol is fixed using a GX103 equipment.
